Item(s) may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Bedlinen & Towels are nonreturnable items and therefore final sale.
You can return your order to any of our stores for a free return. To have a return collected by a driver a 200 AED return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be returned in new unused, undamaged, and unassembled condition, with their boxes, inserts and all packing materials to be accepted. Items returned without original packing will only be accepted subject to a repacking fee. Used, assembled or damaged items will not be accepted.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.
